One single payment method: directly on the TicketVibe platform. No bank transfers, cash, PayPal or hand-to-hand payments allowed. Your payment is held in escrow and released to the seller 24h after confirmed delivery.
Can I cancel my sale?+
As long as the ticket hasn't been bought, you can remove it from sale anytime from your seller dashboard.
What happens if there's a problem?+
Our customer service steps in within 24h to arbitrate any dispute and guarantees a refund if the ticket turns out to be invalid.
